Village Villa represents a perfect culmination of an income-generating investment property project. The project Villa took roughly $100,000 in renovations and 3 months of buildout, to create a unique family-friendly yet luxury lifestyle villa perfect for groups visiting Las Vegas. The property is filled with games, interactive areas, and a completely custom retro-century style interior designed by Christopher Marcus himself. The property was specifically purchased as an investment opportunity, and combined with our STR platform, we were able to cover the monthly mortgage and initial renovations all while bringing income and value to the future sale of the home.
